FP&A Superintendent

Job Objectives: 

Active role in daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, projections and ad hoc reporting. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports (Expense schedule, Detailed Analysis of R&M, Fuel and Power, PL Analytics submitted to SAP-BPC, Monthly variance reports, Monthly variance presentation slides, Initial analysis for balance sheets) 
  • Participate in the annual budget process
  • Upload budget in SAP-BPC
  • Prepare additional reports/presentation analysis that maybe requested
  • Administrative functions

 Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Knowledge in computer applications (MS Office)
  • 3-5 years experience in Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
Senior Finance Analyst

Job Objective:

Responsible for ensuring that accounting transactions are timely and accurately reported.  Performs account reconciliations, both Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts.  Support tax related matters required by respective tax related matters required by respective tax and government authorities. Analyze, implement and initiate best practices for the continuous improvement of the department. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs cash in bank reconciliations and schedule of short-term investments. 
  • Accruals and deferral analysis and posting of journal entries. 
  • Analyzes and prepares the schedule and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances. 
  • Assists on the analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts on a monthly basis. 
  • Prepares necessary adjusting entries to ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts. 
  • Assists on the analysis of fixed assets and inventory schedules i.e. provision for obsolescence, inventory valuation, CAPEX useful life and depreciation runs. 
  • Prepares/reviews accounts payable entries and payment processing for shared services entities as maybe assigned. 
  • Assists on the preparation of schedules and supporting documents for management
  • Prepares, submits and ensures payments of BIR taxes, local business and real property taxes on or before deadlines. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a college degree of Bachelor Science in Accountancy or related field. 
  • Preferably with at least 1 - 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in SAP and Quickbooks Accounting System and MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Results oriented.
Electrical Superintendent

Job Objective:

Ensure implementation of good practice into the preventive maintenance programs and the repair works of all Yard cranes. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure equipment availability (Quay and Yard Cranes) per operations requirements.
  • Responsible for weekly planning of all maintenance works and proper communications with Operations for custody of Equipment. 
  • Check and analyze the day to day breakdown occurrences and recommend/implement corrective and preventive actions. 
  •  Coordinate with Electrical Supervisors on implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work as scheduled. 
  • Supervise preventive maintenance tasks. 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering. 
  • 6 years related experience working on the following units: ZPMC, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Liebherr, Stinis, Bromma
  • Experience of structural and mechanical and electrical aspects of crane equipment.
