Job Objectives:
- Plan and manage approved infrastructure developments for the terminal
- Deliver projects within approved budget and timeline while maintaining highest

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Regularly evaluate yard maintenance and developmental needs.
- Prepare Project details in coordination with all stakeholders. Prepare Project Proposal complete with details of Objectives, Budget, and Timeline.
- Prepare Project Documents including Bill of Quantities and Specifications to be endorsed to Planning & Documentation team.
- Coordinate and manage bid process as aligned to company’s policies
- Coordinate and manage daily deliverables with Operations, Safety, Security, and
selected contractor. - Monitor and report project progress, safety, and quality to Project Execution Head.
- Oversee and manage project’s budget and contract.
- Close projects and conduct Post-Construction Evaluation
- Participate in team toolbox meetings for updates and reminders.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer, knowledgeable in Construction Work
- With at least 3 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in MS Office application and other tools of the trade
- With good interpersonal skills, experienced in handling Contractors
- Having Driver’s License is an advantage

Job Objectives:
- Performs encoding of relevant information generated through the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Section. This position aids the section with all documentation and administrative duties within its section.
- Shall ensure that all ICTSI’s company policies are implemented and observed.
- Shall ensure that the Engineering Department's Core Values of Growth, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Compassion are well observed and practiced.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of the minutes of day-to-day toolbox meeting.
- Assist other Engineering Sections on the process of encoding/recording the execution of Corrective Maintenance (CM) records related to equipment breakdown notifications and completed CM work orders.
- Generating and Printing of work orders for Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
- Encoding/Recording the execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) records related to equipment preventive and condition-based maintenance and completed PM work orders.
- Encoding and assisting on material reservation and approval of parts needed for the preventive and corrective maintenance of mobile equipment.
- Prepare and Monitor Purchase Requests in SAP ECC for all Maintenance related purchases, activities and R&M requirement.
- Processing and monitoring of Invoices and Requests for Payments of maintenance projects, activities and R&M requirements as support to other Engineering Sections.
- Assist in review and monitoring of equipment PM schedule.
- Closely monitor work order status and generate report.
- Assist other section with data extraction from SAP EAMS.
Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor's degree preferably engineering related courses.
- Knowledge in computer applications especially Microsoft Office Applications
- One (1) year of experience in related field and knowledge in SAP and Ariba is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports (Expense schedule, Detailed Analysis of R&M, Fuel and Power, PL Analytics submitted to SAP-BPC, Monthly variance reports, Monthly variance presentation slides, Initial analysis for balance sheets)

Job Objective:
Responsible for ensuring that accounting transactions are timely and accurately reported. Performs account reconciliations, both Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Accounts. Support tax related matters required by respective tax related matters required by respective tax and government authorities. Analyze, implement and initiate best practices for the continuous improvement of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs cash in bank reconciliations and schedule of short-term investments.
- Accruals and deferral analysis and posting of journal entries.
- Analyzes and prepares the schedule and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances.
- Assists on the analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepares necessary adjusting entries to ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Assists on the analysis of fixed assets and inventory schedules i.e. provision for obsolescence, inventory valuation, CAPEX useful life and depreciation runs.

Job Objective:
Ensure implementation of good practice into the preventive maintenance programs and the repair works of all Yard cranes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and ensure equipment availability (Quay and Yard Cranes) per operations requirements.
- Responsible for weekly planning of all maintenance works and proper communications with Operations for custody of Equipment.
- Check and analyze the day to day breakdown occurrences and recommend/implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Electrical Supervisors on implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work as scheduled.

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
